Customer Support Representative - Medical Device

Our client is an innovative and growing company in the Medical Device space and is expanding their team.  We are currently sourcing for a Customer Support Representative who will be responsible for providing product support services to worldwide customers.  This will include product support, product troubleshooting and complaint handling, as well as product replacement and return processing.  The CSR will interact with various teams worldwide and provide tech support for product issues, ensuring a positive customer experience for all users.  Customer support will be provided via email, phone and we, as required.  

 

Requirements:

  • BA/BS - Life Sciences preferred
  • 5+ yrs experience providing support in Medical Device or Pharmaceuticals to healthcare professionals and consumers
  • Proficiency in cellular technology including iOS and Android 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of FDA's Quality System Regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual is a plus
